RiverFest 2025 - A Huge Success!

On behalf of the Bayshore Republican Club I would like to thank every sponsor, guest and volunteer! Your contributions go towards making our communities a better place for us all!

In 2024, a group of like-minded conservatives from the Bayshore Communities within Cumberland County, New Jersey formed the Bayshore Republican Club with a commitment to strengthening our communities and making them better for all.

One of the club’s objectives is to help local Republican candidates in their quest to get elected to positions within our Municipalities. Our organization raises funds by holding special events.

On Saturday August 23, 2025 we hosted the first annual Bayshore RiverFest. It was a huge success! More than 200 guests and volunteers enjoyed the picturesque beauty of the Maurice River from the covered docks of the Bayshore Center in Bivalve, home of the New Jersey tall ship the A.J. Meerwald.

Everyone enjoyed a fabulous pig roast, endless raw oysters, shucked clams, seasoned Delaware Bay crabs, hot dogs, hamburgers, corn on the cob and many sides. There were so many home-made desserts that we couldn’t eat them all!

Throughout the evening, the upbeat music group, “Buckshutem Country” played a wide variety of catchy tunes.

This event was supported by many of our local businesses including Harbor House Seafood, Bivalve Packing, CJ Peterson Oysters, Franckle Catering, Jacks Auto, SEBLY PROMO, STS Sheet Metal Inc, Nardelli Brothers Farms, Flaim Farms, and Marolda Farm. Thank you to all the businesses that stepped up to supply us with support and sponsorships ads.

Looking forward, we have other events in the works and planning for The Bayshore RiverFest 2026 is already underway! It’s sure to be an even bigger and better blast than 2025!
